The OA is C.
The percent of females at the company who are engineers = (8/60)*100% = 16.67%

Note that there are 8% females who are engineers and there are 60% females.

The correct answer: C

We can let the number of employees in the company be 100. Thus, 60 employees are female, and 8 employees are female engineers. Thus, the percent of females who are engineers is:

8/60 = 2/15 ≈ 0.1333 = 13.33%

Answer: C
