Hi Mirantdon,
Please see below the response to your inquiry by a fellow student working with the admissions office.

Hi Mirantdon,
I'm pleased to learn of your interest in the Tippie MBA at The University of Iowa. My name is Anonya Bagchi and I am a first year Tippie MBA student. As part of my graduate assistantship, I work with admissions office to answer questions from prospective students. I am happy to answer your questions!
Because of the importance placed on the interview, it's impossible to give every potential applicant a realistic picture of his or her admissibility without first seeing a completed application. However, there is some insight I can offer you, which you can do on your own using our website.
The University policy requires completion of 16 years of education to be considered equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree. Additionally, international students are strongly encouraged to have a minimum of two years of post-baccalaureate work experience which you do have.
Furthermore, the best way to determine admissibility on your own is to review our class profile (https://tippie.uiowa.edu/fulltimemba/adm ... ofiles.cfm) and compare your qualifications with that of the international students we typically admit to the program. Note our average GMAT score and years of work experience in particular. Please also be aware that the admissions interview is a critical factor when considering someone for admission.
The most accurate way to find out about your admissibility is for you to submit an application. You can apply online at https://tippie.uiowa.edu/fulltimemba/adm ... /apply.cfm.
Thanks again for your interest, and please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
