I have seen this question before on the forum.If i remember right I had chosen A.. missed the thread later.so,was unable to find the OA.

The answer should be C.

As Likely as is correct.

In case of more likely than, it is not clear that 4 times of what!

Consider this,

John is twice as old as Bob.

It couldn't have been 'twice more old than'.
