Hey Lisa,

1. I'm an officer in the Israeli army, was in charge of a company (25 soldiers) for two years. does this count as a proffesional experience?

2. I'm taking the GMAT soon and I predict a score of 670-680. Should I apply to top 10 schools (consider that I'm an international student)?

thanks in advance. :o

Dear tzurohad,

Your military experience does count as professional experience.

I think you can apply to top 10 schools if you score at least a 670, but I always recommend candidates apply to at least 1-2 safety schools in addition to a top 15 program. Top 15 programs are a stretch for anyone as the competition is fierce and plentiful.

Best of luck,
Lisa
