Slope of a line is y2-y1/(x2-x1) = 2
0-(-2m)/m-0= 2
2m/m=2
2=2
no idea about m hence insuff

m=3 we can find the co-ordinates hence suff

The graph already gives us the slope. As you move from (0,-2m) to (m,0), the slope (change in Y/change in X aka rise/run) is 2.

The 1st statement gives us known information. it is not sufficient.

The 2nd statement allows us to derive the exact location of all 3 points in the triangle, so everything is known about the size of the triangle. Don't spend the time to find the area. Sufficient.

Pick B.

For similar high-level Qs, set topic='Geometry, Coordinate' and difficulty='600-700 & 700+' in the Drill Generator
