Does the area of square S equal the area of circle C?

1) THe diameter of circle C equals the length of a side of square S

2) The ratio of 2/3 the area of circle to 5/8 the area of square S is less than 1:1

If r is the radius of the circle, side of the square is 2r.
So, area of of square is 4(r^2) and that of the circle is (3.14)(r^2). SUFF

B says that 16*3.14*(r^2) / 15*(s^2), which would mean s^2/r^2 != pi. SUFF.

I meant this cannot be true and hence is SUFFICIENT to say that the areas are not equal.
