Are these books enough for gmat?

Hello,

I am planning to take the gmat around july time. After reading through a few posts ive decided to buy the following books:-

1) Princeton Review 2007 (ive finished this one already)
2) The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 11th Edition
3) The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 10th Edition
4) The Official Guide for GMAT Verbal Review
5) The Official Guide for GMAT Quantitative Review
6) Kaplan GMAT, 2007 Edition: Premier Program (Kaplan Gmat (Book & CD-Rom)) (Paperback)

Do you guys think i need any other book ? If so please let me know about it.

FYI OG 10th edition overlaps probably 75% with OG 11th edition. You really only need one (and that one might as well be the more recent 11th edition).

addition of a book?

Some people told me to add in manhattan gmat sentence correction book to it also... is it needed ?

If i start studying now, how many months should i keep as a target to finish studying all of the above books?

I suppose it depends on your ability to grasp the material. I initially set 3 1/2 months to finish my material, but apparently i didnt study correctly and didnt retain as much information as needed. So i am pushing my test back 6 weeks. They key i found to help me start to improve is taking notes and refer to them often. Unless you have an incredible memory, i suggest you keep good notes of errors so you wont repeat them again.

The MGMAT SC book is fantastic--I would recommend adding it to your list if you feel particularly weak in SC.

To add to what Scout said before--I think that your prep time does depend on the individual, but generally I recommend shooting for less than three months to avoid forgetting material.

Have you purchased all these books?
Sorry if I am late replying here.

I just wanted to point out something about the list of books you mentioned.

You can try one of these combinations:
a> (2) & (3)
or
b> (2) & (4) & (5)

You should not buy OG 10 & ( OG V + OG Q ) together

The reason: Overlap of questions.
however combination "b" is recomended.

yeah i bought the same books as your combination B.

Do you think anything else is needed?

I took the diagnostic kaplan test and score about 64%, not a good place to start out from huh ?
