Mostly people had first score (Practice store) atleast around 500 to 690 before they went to actual test and got 700+. We would love to hear from those who actually were in 300's or "Not reportable" and gradually-2 and through extreme hardwork/practice, were able to reach 700+ level. Please post your saga.

practise and hardwork aren't everything. there's also aptitude. unless it is a story by a really lazy individual who deliberately decided to get a 300 in his first practice test, the 300 to 700 journey is rare, very rare.

but who knows, one may get a 300 in GMAT, but earn millions by selling paintings? having an aptitude for quant and verbal isn't everything either.
