I'm not sure how reliable or accurate any charts on the web are; I'm sure some are legitimate and get you close to the right number. Many schools have their own conversion table, so you might check with any of your target schools to see if they have one you can use. The most reliable conversion, which will work for any school, is through a credentialing service like World Evaluation Services or Global Credential Evaluators, but they will charge you. Most schools are familiar with the grading systems in other countries, so you are probably fine using a conversion table that you find from a legitimate source.
