The way it is looking right now I'm not going to make 1st round apps for most schools; however, what are the pros and cons of applying 2nd round? Any application timing strategies that you might suggest? I'm not a rock star applicant, but right around the average for most of the schools ranked 11-20.

There is no disadvantage to applying in the second round versus the first. The second round for most schools is their largest round, so you do run a risk applying after the second.

Good luck,
Lisa
