I bought one of the books and it says I have free access to 6 tests, but when I followed the instructions it says my access is expired. I cannot find any other way to access the tests, other than buying them separately. Any help???

Hi,

I tried to find your account by searching for your username, dubc1982, in our student database, but could not find an account. In order to investigate the matter further, I would recommend sending an e-mail to [email protected] with your account information and a brief description of your situation. Afterwards, we'll be able to look into your account and help you out!
