I use online stopwatch,

https://www.online-stopwatch.com/

Instead of putting yourself a pressure situation, treat it like a game. One game I play is try to get 5 questions in a row correct with each question timed, say 2 or 3 min depending on the problem set. If I get a question wrong then I have to start a new string of 5. If I exceed the time limit on any question then it counts as wrong and I have to start a new string of 5. Sometimes I will set a goal, like I cant check basketball scores (its the playoffs right now!) until I get 5 in a row right. It makes it fun instead of pressurized. I havent been able to check scores at all tonight lol
