Analysis of Manhattan Assesment Report

Hey everyone,

So today I took a Manhattan test, and scored an abysmal 590. For some reason, I felt completely off during the Quant section; however, verbal seemed much easier for me, so at the very least that is good. I am obviously in need of a new study plan because I scored a 570 2 years ago and have now been studying for about 2-3 months. So far my GMAT PREP scores are 46Q 34V and 49Q 34V. Apparently my verbal is completely consistent and my quant completely inconsistent. :X I was hoping I could get an expert's opinion/ recommendations of the following report:
