The OA is E
Solution:

We can determine that 80 x 0.25 = 20 scoops were in cups, and thus 60 were in cones.

Since 16 cones were chocolate, 60 - 16 = 44 cones were vanilla.

Since the parlor also served 12 vanilla cups, we see that the total number of vanilla scoops was 44 + 12 = 56 scoops.

Answer: E
