40 Although modern science has essentially eradicated the bubonic plague from the industrialized world, the occasional patient should be diagnosed every few years with the disease.

A: the occasional patient should be diagnosed every few years with the disease.
B: an occasional patient should be diagnosed with the disease once in every few years
C: the disease will be diagnosed in the occasional patient once in every few years
D: every few years the occasional patient will be diagnosed with the disease
E: every few years the occasional patient should be diagnosed with the disease

I am confused here.
SHOULD indicates recommendation, order

"every few years" and "with the disease" => what is the correct place for these?

C is my answer
i think " should is not right thus eliminate A, B, E
i always see that the time phrase is always placed at the end of the ST
for example
you always say " i watched an interesting movie yesterday"
you wont say " yesterday i watched an interesting"
its just in special case

I think in C, once is redundant, the message has already been conveyed by the occasional patient
I ll go for D
MGMAT sc guide has an example of a verb modifer with preposition,
On Modays,i go to the shop.
Chapter 6 Modifiers.
