I am not so sure about the choices.
when I keep x = 1, y =2 , none of the choices seem to obey :(

I guess a minus sign is missing here.

[(x - y)² - (x + y)²]² = [-4xy]² = 16(xy)² ---> Option B

Whereas, the given expression [(xy)² - (x + y)²]² = [x²y² - x² - y² - 2xy]² is not reducible to any of the given options.
