4x<x, x must be negative
x<x^3, x must be a fraction

-1<X<0

D is the answer

I think it should X^3<X^2 here, hence X must be a fraction.

Hence, Ans should be fraction and -ve.
Out of 5 Ans choices 2 (-3/2, -1/2) satisfies this condition
Apply these 2 and check the condtion.

for negative fractions, x<x^3 is correct. I don't think there is any problem with that.
for ex:-1/2<-1/8
