Isn't A correct because it is the original sentence and the only one with the meaning A.C. was inspired to write novels by her travels (and not her novels were merely inspired by her travels)?

In B, the sentence implies AC used her travel to inspire something. Can a travel be used to inspire??
Travel inspires people. But Travel cannot be used to inspire.
Note the subtle change in meaning. That makes E correct and B wrong

I was stuck b/w A and E. In A, does " write several mystery novels" sounds redundant ? In E, it mentions that " served as inspiration"..

"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

Hey we eliminated A because a subject or an object pronoun cannot refer to possesive nouns.
So, 'Her' cannot refer to Agatha christie at all. The subject is Agatha Christie's travels. So wrt A, who is 'her' there? that problem is resolved in E

What is the subject or object pronoun being referred to in A? "her" is a possessive pronoun. Right? can anyone explain the reason why E is preferred to A?
