My GMAT score is only 620.My GPA is 3.48

I will have 5 yrs of experience by next year. 1.5 years as an assistant manager in a private company which i helped grow and 3.5 years in IT consulting.I have a good co curricular activities record including Best Manager award,Rotary youth leader award and emerging Leader award from Student federation of India

What are my chances to apply for Katz, pittsburg.
Can u suggest good MBA programs in US which would be my safe bet.
