My name is Silus, an aspirant from India. I will apply to b schools this year i.e 2013, fall intake and is looking for some information before i apply.

My profile is
Gmat: Schedule Aug 7th (Expecting above 700)
GPA: 6.15/10 from BITS, Pilani (a top college in India)
Major:Electrical
EC: Elected SU member, Founder of a club, inter college Table tennis player...
Post college 1 Yr 5 months in Ministry of Defense (India) as R&D engineer in Aeronautic division
and Nov, 2011 I started my own start-up (an engineering & construction firm) employing over 20 Engineer with a turnover of Quarter million dollars.

Since i co-founded this with my brother he will take over in my absence.

1. To what schools am i really competitive? (considering i am just 2 yrs into field)
2. Can my brother who is also my partner in start-up give a letter of recommendation?
3. I am really confused as what colleges to short list. My interest vest with General Management and Entrepreneurial programs? (I've listed below some colleges i liked upon primary research.

I appreciate any help in this regard.
