It is always possible you might get into a higher ranked program. However, you will most likely be viewed as an applicant with no work experience. Work experience, per admissions reporting standards, is professional full-time work post-bachelor's degree. While your work experience is important and will be evaluated with your application, it is possible you will be viewed as an applicant with no work experience coming straight from undergraduate studies.

Consequently, you will be competing for the small number of seats most program are willing to give to folks coming straight from undergraduate studies. For this subset of the applicant pool, programs will expect you to have GMAT and GPA numbers above the school's average. If you feel you can make a compelling case for admission, with a solid rationale for why now versus working for a few years, then I think you should apply and see what happens.
