How does adcom read essays? Does one person read all 4 essays one by one; or does one person read essay #1, the other person reads #2?
It is so hard to write an effective essay in 500 words, but with 4 essays, I can get my point across. But, to get the whole picture, a reader needs to read all 4 of them at once. Otherwise, they may not be able to pick on some points that were raised on other essays, that I didn't want to reiterate and lose valuable words.
Can someone enlighten me about adcom process?

Each essay should make sense independent of the other essays because sometimes Adcom will split them up. Therefore, one person may not have access to information that is in all of your essays. One of the challenges of essay writing is to communicate as succinctly and effectively as possible.
