absolute value and exponent

by rainbownlife » Tue Mar 25, 2008 3:22 pm
sorry missed to check that HTML box!

This is a question from OG

Is x|x| <2>= 0
scenario 2: x<0>=0
then x^2 < 2 ^x

Please help me form inequality for scenario 2.
x is an exponent and got confused if inequality sign will change....
What would be the inequality if x <0?

thanks.
