Hello sir,
I have recently taken the KAPLAN CATs and have scored above 700 in all of them. I got the tests from a book " KAPLAN PREMIER". Are these tests the true indicators of the real GMAT?

I found many questions pretty easy, particularly the quant section. It was finished with around half an hour remaining and just one question incorrect.

Earlier, in a post ypu had written that the ones who take a course get the most up to fate material on tests. What about the tests which are obtained through buying the books that KAPLAN publishes?? Are they not the most up-to-date as far as the real GMAT is concerned?

Please do clarify.

Thank you.
Regards.

Hi Suman,

Sorry for the delayed response!

It's hard to say what is a 'true' indicator of the GMAT, because each person's test-day experience will be different. Many people find tests at home harder or easier to focus on than real tests. However, mathematically we do work hard to ensure that our tests are as close to the real thing as possible.

Hope this helps, and thanks again for your patience!
