Hey Sridhar - not quite sure what you're asking but we'll give it a shot.

Many people from an IT background do quite well on the GMAT, at least on the quant side, so from that perspective you may be set up for success on the test.

However, there's no experience level required in order to take the GMAT. If you're asking if you should try for an MBA with this experience, then absolutely! An MBA can be transformative for people from many careers, and tech consultants are a common cohort in bschools everywhere.

The GMAT is not a trivial exam and it will require a lot of studying. Since it sounds like you did well in school then hopefully it won't be that big of a deal for you. The whole process is long and involved - but you've come to the right place to get started! Many resources here at BTG.

Good luck on everything if you decide to go for the MBA!
