I need you help clarify why E is incorrect, I picked up E, while OA is A

IMO, "under which it will publish...",
"it" refers to the publisher, "which" refers to "imprint division", so my understanding is that under the imprint division, the trade-book publisher will publish....., and sell the works........
that's why I picked up E

please help clarify where is incorrect?
