This one is from Kaplan CAT (I find it increasingly that most math questions from Kaplan take more than 2 minutes to solve!)
if x + y^2 = ( x + y^2)^2 , what is the value of y?
1. x=y^2
2. xy^2=0 (only y is squared, not xy)
