Hi,

I recently decided to prepare for GMAT. I am currently trying to do OG12. But it seems that I really need to make my quants stronger. Suggestions are welcome on how I should begin preparing for it considering my GMAT test dates are in 90 days. Consider me to be a complete novice. Thanks.

A very generic question :)

My suggestions:

1. Firstly get a good and standard "quant" book. Something that covers the basic. You can also find them online. This should be the refresher for you to ensure you know all the theory.

2. Once you start solving questions, and taking tests you should be able to arrive at a list of topics on which you need more help. Such as inequalities, standard deviation etc. For such specific questions you should be able to either look up specific portions again or google for some good GMAT resources.

3. There is a document of around 200 questions taken from GMATPrep. I would reckon that will be a good source to practice high quality questions. Ensure you take the GMATPrep atleast 4 times before you do that.

More than that you really don't need anything.
