Total trip =382.6 million
Trips to Carlifornia = 38 million
What percentage of the trip had Carlfornia as the destination.
% of Carlifornia trips = $$\frac{\left(38\ million\ \right)}{382.6\ million}\cdot\ 100=0.099\cdot100=$$ $$9.9\%$$
$$10\%$$
$$Answer\ is\ Option\ E$$
