@GMATGuruNY Regarding (D), the argument says that only the number of employees with the qualifications now required for promotion to department head equals only HALF the expected vacancies, so what if there were 10 departments heads and 5 available potential candidates and these 5 employees be promoted to take care of 2 departments each? Wouldn't that work? Tks! :)
