We can try as follow:

1. Sufficient
\(M:F=3:2\)

\(\text{Males}=12\)
\(\text{Females}=8\)

2. Sufficient
\(M=F+4\)

\(M+F=20\)
\(2F=16\)
\(F=8. M=12\)

Therefore, the correct answer is D
