A cellular communication development facility was built just outside the town of Qwertyville. Five years later almost 28% of the population have experienced cases of abnormal cell growth. Recently, a cellular company has applied to the town council of Iopville for an approval to build a development facility there. The Iopville council should not allow the building of such a facility on its outskirts since its population would suffer like that of Qwertyville.

Which of the following would be most useful to establish in order to evaluate the argument above?

A. Whether the tests administered to the residents of Qwertyville check for abnormal cell growth alone or for additional disorders
B. Whether the cellular development facility built outside Qwertyville uses the same water supply as the town's residents
C. Whether the percentage of abnormal cell growth cases in Qwertyville is higher than that of other towns without such development facilities nearby
D. Whether a direct relationship between using a cellular phone and abnormal cell growth has been established based on adequate research
E.Whether the population of Iopville is as involved in current town activities as that of Qwertyville

OPTION A:- INCORRECT
Well, if there were additional disorder aside the abnormal cell growth , it would have been mentioned in the argument.

OPTION B:- INCORRECT
The argument didn't relate the abnormal cell growth in the Qwertyville's to any natural resource like water, so the argument can be evaluated on this assumption'

OPTION C:- CORRECT
This is very much useful in order to evaluate the argument, there should be a way or process to know for sure if the cellular communication development facility which was built outside the town of Qwertville is the cause for the abnormal cell growth in its resident and this can be done by comparing the percentage of abnormal cell growth cases in the Qwartville to other town without such development facilities.

OPTION D:- INCORRECT
The argument isn't about the use of a cellular phone, it is about how the establishment of a cellular communication development facility affects the residents abnormal cell growth.

OPTION E:- INCORRECT
This isn't useful in evaluating the argument because the town activities of each town has no effect on the situation presented by the argument.
