Aha! Well if its one or two courses and the rest is excellent, and you have an overall good GPA, it should be cool. Depending on the rest of your profile, you might wanna write them something about it with an explanation as to why (if you have a good one)

Which one is a good score is a problem for me?
In my college there is a bias in the correction of papers.Even my professors accept that.This occurs due to many silly reasons.I hope not to explain that because this community would laugh at me if i state the reasons behind the bias.
Due to this problem we are unable to short list the top batch of class in a real manner.Sometimes the person who gets the first rank got even lesser marks which pushed him many ranks behind.

A friend of mine feared that he would not even the pass the examination and also offered that he would give me a treat if he got just a pass in the exam.He didn't lie i'm sure about it.He got 8.9 out of 10 Gpa.
He is really baffled how he got such high marks in which he feared whether he would pass the exam.
I expected an A grade(80+) in a subject but got only(60+)

How and where can i explain these kind of problem sir?
