I am preparing all the sections from OG only....
Do you think this should be enough...or I need to refer different books for different sections
Coz completing all the sections from OG itself is a big task....
What say???any suggestions
Depends on the score you are targeting. If you aiming for 600-650 then OG may be enough but if you need a higher score then you need to refer to some other material as well since the OG does not have enough difficult questions, specially for Quant.

Good Luck.
Can you suggest any more test preparation softwares like the one on mba.com.

You may want to go for MGMAT CATs. Though the quant section in the MGMAT tests is tougher than what you're likely to see on the actual GMAT but by far they're the best tests among the tests of all the test prep companies. That's my personal opinion.

What is your opinion about the Knewton tests? They claim to be the guys who set up the actual test for the GMAC so does their own test live up to this?

Any other tips on improving SC will also be most appreciated.

Thanks bro.

Just do a google search and you should find the books on scribd or esnips. Or if u willing to pay just buy it off their website -aristotleprep . com

Good luck with your test.

Sorry for the late reply, I have not been logging on all that regularly of late.

To answer your question I started my prep in early August so roughly 2 months is what I took. Average of 2-3 hrs everyday. I concentrated more on quality than quantity.

Obviously don't have the exact figure but I think 4-5 incorrect in Verbal will give you a 44-45 and and another 4-5 incorrect in Quant will give you a 50

got 4 RCs around 12-13 questions
Hey buddy, Congrats on your score!

If you still remember, can you pls tell me how many of these RC passages were short passages and what was their difficulty level like. I am comfortable doing the long passages but have been struggling with the short ones.

Thanks
