Hello, please do not call me Sir. I am of the same age ,or probably younger than you.
You seem to have the right set of books.The first step you should take is write down your strategy(you may wanna post it here ,just in case you want some feedback as to how is it) and then work on improving each of the areas.
Going by your Quant score, I don't think that you have much of a problem on the Quant section.However, since you took the exam three years ago, you might have to brush up that also . If you can work a little more on Maths, I don't see a reason why you cannot take your 42 score on the Maths section to at least a 47.
Your Verbal score seems to be quite a cause of concern and I think you'll have to fundamentally alter the way you approach Verbal. Since you have a good amount of time left for taking the exam, I'd strongly recommend that you start reading quality articles from diverse areas. That would help you improve your ability to comprehend various kind of text.
In addition to that, you should have a proper strategy to tackle each of the three areas on the Verbal section. I have discussed some strategies to master CR in the last page of this thread.For SC, you may wanna use SC Grail,in addition to MGMAT SC Guide. I think you'll able to get a better hold of the SC concepts if you go through that book. I think SC is a lot about being able to understand the concepts well and being able to apply those concepts on questions. I suggest that do the questions in OG12 topicwise and not sequentially. Read the explanation thoroughly. In addition to that, you may wanna google the questions if you any question difficult . You may also post your SC doubt on the forums here and the experts would be happy to help ya.
For RC, I suggest that you go through the articles written on this forum by Stacey Koprince. That would help you approach RC well. Also trying reading as much as possible.That'll be incredibly helpful.

Then I'll plan out the study this time. Not just randomly study any trash.

I am busy in my toefl prep these days. The speaking part is very irritating I tell u.
will be done in a week and hasten apps.

Man, go to a good business school if you get through. I don't see much sense in wasting your life taking the GMAT and applying again because you seem to have a background in Entrepreneurship, an MBA degree though helpful for those seeking jobs,may not be all that useful if you plan to become an Entrepreneur post MBA(assuming you want to become one ) . Roughly speaking I dedicated around 100 days with focused studying for around 80 days. Studied around 3-4 hours in the weekdays and 5-6 hours on the weekends. By the way, you should be putting your soul in writing essays rather than thinking about retaking the GMAT ?Shouldn't you ?:-D
TOEFL is a cakewalk,man! Don't worry about it all. I'm sure you'll score 105+ .

however not a bad idea to prepare for the worst, but I agree wit your words, not a wise thing to waste another 90 days of my precious life on GMAT.
