760 GMAT score, looking at ISB Hyderabad, India or INSEAD

Hi,

I just gave my GMAT and (thankfully!) scored a good 760. My initial reaction is to apply for good programs closer to home i.e., India. I am a Chartered Accountant, have about 3 years of work experience after clearing my Accounting exams, and am looking to gain further exposure by stepping up the leadership ladder in the field of finance.

Do you recommend applying to ISB Hyderabad or INSEAD? I do know that these two universities tie up for the Doctoral program, and both have links to excellent North American universities.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Adya

Congrats on the great score! Without additional context, it's difficult to say, but yes these schools could be good options for you. Depends what you are looking for and what the rest of your profile looks like. Accountant backgrounds are difficult bc usually you are unable to demonstrate the teamwork and leadership experience since the role is very independent in nature... that will be your challenge based on what I see. Good luck!
