Yes, I know one month of prep & 720+ is a lot to ask for.

But with a 'More than decent' IQ and an adept quant mind, is it possible?

BTG Members, please do give an honest opinion if the above is possible and if so, any good suggestions as to go about it.

I intent to dedicate 24 hours / week to studying.

P.S. The only GMAT studying I've done was for about 20 days which was more than 2 years back. So I am a bit rusty atm..

Hi eaakbari,
I recommend you to take GMATPrep1 exam(Download from mba.com)since it gives you an understanding of your current knowledge over the Exam. Once done you can post the score so that it gives BTG members to comment on your question efficiently. I think one should spend 500 hrs quality time in studying to achieve 700+. Saying that please don't quote me it's again individual strengths. Did u you take GMAT before or provide additional information on your experience with GMAT.

To get an idea of the time required to reach your target score, you need to take an official practice test: https://www.mba.com/the-gmat/download-fr ... tware.aspx
It may be the case that you're already scoring above your target score, in which case you may not need to prepare at all.

Or it may be the case that you're 300 points away from your target score, in which case a 1-month plan may be unrealistic.

Take a practice test and go from there.
