As the title states I'm looking at where I should apply for business school.

My profile:
720 GMAT
2.9 GPA, state school, economics major (3.4 major). 3.4 last two years.
Languages: English, French, Elementary Russian
Work experience: 40 months (3.4 years). Fortune 500 bank, three promotions with international experience.
Extras: Member a natioanl fraternity, President of a Non-Profit, Community service.

What schools should I be looking at?

Any chance at the following?
Columbia Univeristy
Tuck
Wharton
Insead
Cambridge
HEC Paris

Any advice would be great.

You definitely have a shot at these schools, but your GPA will be in question. Your GMAT score is solid, but not rock star (when accompanied with a 2.9) so definitely look at a few schools that are in the 10-20 range.
