Several fact that you should know about OG 13 Quant section are
1) The question are comparatively much easier than actual GMAT Problems therefore to know the actual level of the right set representation of GMAT questions, I suggest that you take one GMAT PREP test.

2) The number of Questions (225 PS and 176 DS) are not sufficient for the entire practice therefore you should refer to the more sources e.g. Quant and Verbal Review Books by GMAC, Manhattan Books 5th Edition etc.

3) OG has jumbled questions and attempting questions straightaway doesn't help improving basics. Therefore one should understand basic concepts (from Manhattan Books or some other concept book e.g. Kaplan) and then try questions from OG. Trying Questions without knowing the basic concepts is something I call Waste of OG questions which are Very limited in Number

710+ isn't an easy score and requires a lot of practice. Your time estimation for GMAT preparation looks apt however I suggest that a Trainer guidance can contribute greatly without which 710+score might be too difficult.
