So, I got a 680 (Q49, V33), and 3.2 GPA, can anyone translate that that info into something useful?

Congratulations on your GMAT score. I would suggest that you go the the Admission Consultant forum here: https://www.beatthegmat.com/ask-an-mba-a ... t-f40.html. If you post a full profile of your GPA, GMAT, extracurriculars, work experience, future goals, and target schools one of the consultants would surely respond on your chances at those schools.
