Any recommendations to get from 650 on the first GMATPrep to 700 in the actual test in four days (all free 24 hrs)? Weak on RC and DS, just do questions in problem areas? How big is the difference between someone who gets 700 and someone who gets 650?

Sorry if these questions sound juvenile, I have had little guidance and now regret not taking an in-person course (did an online, with my learning style was a waste of money but could have worked for others).
