I was wondering if someone could give me a run down of what happens from days 53-60. I have my GMAT test scheduled on day 59 by mistake, and I was wondering what happens on the last week so I can prepare adequately for the test date. Thanks so much!

The last 17 days of the Study Guide are pretty much the same.
Each day, you either work on any weaknesses you may have, or take a practice test.
