When you plan to take a big leap in your career, you need to have a solid plan in place. An MBA degree is no doubt the best vehicle that will take you on the journey of success. Among the various management colleges, you can pick the top MBA Colleges and see which one suits your budget and schedule.
Deciding on the best MBA colleges becomes a bit grueling without research. So, here are some points that could help you:
1. Value of the degree and courses offered
While searching for the best MBA College in Delhi NCR, never forget to go through the credibility of the degree and courses offered by it. It is not every day that you fall prey to fake institutes, but staying alert would save you the pain for sure. AICTE approval, accreditation from reputed foreign universities add more value to the degree and courses.
Apart from that you need to know, what courses are being offered by the management colleges so that you can plan accordingly.
2. Reputation of the college
No doubt old B-schools are equipped with specific advantages in terms of a broader reach and acceptability as compared to the new colleges. The goodwill of an institute is taken as a parameter while choosing a college, but new colleges with a better track record can also offer you more opportunities.
Generalizing institutes with respect to its establishment doesn't always work the right way. With time, so many things change and new MBA colleges too can leverage your career beyond your expectations.
3. Placement facility
Placement facility is one of the most concerning aspects about any management college in Delhi ncr. Make sure to check the campus placement records of a college available online (on their official website). Go through their admission brochure as well for the same reason; you will get to know the figures along with the company wise intake per year. It is also important to get information about number of job offers per student and the average salary offered by them.
4. Fees
Course fee is a major factor while choosing an MBA college and the increasing inflation is making it a tough decision. A reputed name would sure to charge a handsome amount of fee for two-year MBA program and you need to make sure that the cost of living is excluded from the fees.
Now with banks offering educational loans (payable within one year of getting the degree or six months of getting a job, which one is earlier) you can cross the barrier and choose the best MBA College.
5. Mode of teaching
With changing times, business schools began adapting to the modern and technologically convenient modes of teaching. As a result, the top MBA colleges in Delhi NCR now offer courses in classrooms as well as online. These blended courses are not time-bound and a student can even access them later to go through a video lecture and benefit.
6. Infrastructure and campus life
A good infrastructure doesn't guarantee you a better education, but it impacts your learning experience to a great extent. You need to make sure that a college has good infrastructure, including Internet and Wi-fi connectivity, proper hostels, library, canteens as well as well-equipped classrooms. You should get all the facilities for which you have paid the college.
While choosing an MBA course, make a note that CMAT, GMAT, CAT and XAT scores are valid for applying for MBA courses.
