570 with much work to do

gmatprep by ets software and got a 570 (quant 30 Verbal 38). This is horrible need to get my deserved 700. I believe that I am very close actually. I was very rusty on math and never reviewed or touched the math at all for 4 months. I finally have a good handle of verbal but the transition to the computer completely killed my reading comprehension skills. I was getting perfect scores on the og books until on the screen. secondly I had to guess on the last 7-10 on both sections. Going too slow but will speed up. If I can learn how to deal with reading comprehension on the screen I will probably have verbal in my pocket. I need to focus on the math now. I had decent scores before on math like a quant 44 but I must have gotten a bit rusty.

need help of strategy from all the pros. HELP!
