I am at 550 (V34, Q31) after 2 weeks of prep from OG and Manhattan.
My target is 700+ and I have about 20 days till my exam. My weak point is SC in verbal and there's no specific weak point in Quant, I kind of get questions wrong in every topic.
Please suggest me which material should I get and how to strategically approach from here. Your inputs will be highly helpful for me.

I see it has been about a week since your post. Are you still looking for advice on how to move forward? How are things coming along with your studying?
