Ouch. Took my first practice exam on MGMAT site and scored an embarrasing 420. weakness is all over the board, but prominent in math for sure.
I plan to take the GMAT in June, so I'm trying to stay positive as I still have 3.5 months left.
*sigh*
time to go back to the basics.
420: Q24, V26. First practice exam. ouch.

Don't get too down on yourself. 3.5 months is plenty of time to get that score up! All you need to do is read the game plans of successful GMAT takers and stick to it. The people who beat the GMAT are not necessarily geniuses, but people who study their a$$es off and do a lot of practicing. When you're down, just come here and read the success stories. Many of them will lift your spirits and give you hope. Hang in there!
Update: took another MGMAT GMAT practice exam.
This week:
460. 28Q, 28V.
as opposed to the 420 last week.
slight improvement, but nothing to celebrate about.
I'm studying every day now and taking a practice every week. study consists of 10 to 20 problems from the OG, and then an hour on the problems from this site.
