Answer is 4999(positive integers < 5000) - ( (5000/15)(divisible by 15) + (5000/21)(divisible by 21) - (5000/105)(divisible by 105, need to subtract as has been counted twice before)) = 4475. .....Just take integer values and ignore the decimal part.
