B:

An statement starting with Because requires another subject for complete sens here.

Major division: simulating vs simulated, senses requires stimulating but none of the option with simulating is proper...

so out of simulated: A B D

A: they is ambigious

B: OK, it refers to the new code.

D: this has..ambigious,

================================
A:
Known On is incorrect option. So out of A C E

A: Ok IMO it

C:sloth that was found, was dated, ..making this...awkward nonsensical..

E:sloth which, found..., was dated.., made.... nonsensical...awkward...

====================================
C:

A: Being, passive doesn't add any value.

that the banks loan...that should modify concern and not passage..

so out of C and E:

C: as an obstacles to: Ok to denotes a purpose so an infinitive is needed

E: as an obstascles for: No situation doesnt ask for a prepositional phrase...
E:

maihuna,
Thanks a lot for explanation, I have following doubts:

problem 1. is option C grammatically incorrect or its incorrect because it is inconsistent with the original meaning?
problem 2. I think A is fine and 'it' refers to 'sloth' but OA is not A :(
problem 3. what is problem with b?

The last one is definitely tough....It's between C and D...and don't really like the concern.

I'll try C lol

For 2: I would go with D because Fossils is the subject

In un-underlined portion there is "that banks" here we need to look for logical antecedent for that, passage is not that is the issue with B.

Further you must type and have individual questions, it creates lot of havoc going through opening the jpg in another browser then running through the several questions...
