3 months study plan based on MGMAT - Expert advice required

I am planning to put up the study plan for 3 months for my upcoming GMAT. I need some help and suggestions from the BTG community experts and members on creating a 3 months GMAT study plan. The current plan suggested on BTG site is centered around Kaplan. I was wondering if anyone prepared and published the 3 months study plan based on Manhattan GMAT - the plan based on covering the complete set of 8 books offered by MGMAT.

I am planning to study from the following resources. Please suggest the appropriate 3 months study plan, based on the books I am planning to follow.

1. Manhattan - Complete set of 8 books
2. Powerscore - GMAT CR Bible
3. OG 11 & 12
4. OG Quant (Green) & Verbal (Blue)

Some of us always find problems in putting up a study plan and I hope someone will help me on this. As this is the start of my GMAT preparation I would like to put up the study plan and stick to it till the very end.

Any help or suggestions on this request will be deeply appreciated.
