Hi All,

I won BTG questions for the 2nd week and then redeemed the prize too..
I got the confirmation from forum that i have redeemed the prize..
After that I got a mail from David about the prize...But nothing after that...
Its been a week after that, but no access after that...

Has anyone got access to the BTG questions that were won as a prize in d 2nd week??

@David,
Is there any reason for me not getting the access??

The Grockit prizes will be distributed in due time. It takes a bit longer to coordinate with partners but it'll be fine.

Dana - Just as a reminder, I haven't received the email with details to access the BTG questions. I have redeemed my prize, and as per an entry above, did receive a general email sent by David to all BTG users that emails for week 2 have gone out. I did share my prize on my fb account as well.

Just wanted to FYI you in case you are checking for others.

I just checked your account. According to our server, you didn't redeem the BTG Questions yet. That's why you haven't received the access to the BTG PQ product yet. You should have received a separate reminder email that I sent out to the players who didn't redeem their prizes yet. Please let me know if you need additional instructions.

Hi Adi,

You should have received access to the BTG PQ product by now. I sent out all the prize instructions yesterday afternoon. The reason it took a while is that we need to batch all the prize distribution in order to make the work as efficient as possible - the BTG team is small and we need to distribute tons of prizes. And so we're waiting until a week after the prize notifications in order to give out the prizes.

This is probably a bit frustrating for the winners. And so I really appreciate your patience with us. Please let me know if you haven't received the prize instructions yet.
